. ✦ Raya is a foxian from the Loufu ship of the Xianzhou alliance. She has craved to leave home and explore the stars for as long as she can remember, though her ability to do such has been smothered by her older brother at every turn. That is, until the astral express made an unexpected landing during the Stellaron crisis and caught her when she was attempting to use the commotion to flee to the stars. Convinced by the older member Welt Yang to see their journey out with them, she was eventually offered a seat on the express. While she isn't boasting the title nameless right away, it is definitely within her future to join and travel the stars in the name of the trailblaze.

She wants to specialize specifically in teaching the students solo self defense and lower the schools child mortality rate. Too many kids are lost when they are faced with a situation where they do not have their partner for any reason, and she would like to stop that. Her families special weapon abilities give her a special opportunity to be meisterless by choice, and it is one she sticks by. In the event that the commission is not up to my own discretion, please provide a clear description of what you would like for me to draw.
You must also provide a clear reference for your characters, and any characters I must design will incur a design fee. I can, and will work off of pre-determined/generated ocs from doll makers or similar sites SO LONG as the artist's TOS allows such things. I will not draw face claims, stolen ocs, or ocs being used without explicit permission or the oc owner explicitly marks that they are ok with fanart.
Rude and indecent behavior towards me or another client will result in commission termination.
Repeated offenses will result in a blacklist.
. ✦ Payment
Payment will be paid in full before I begin your commission. In rare, large commission packages I will take a before and after sketch payment as a form of payment plan. Failure to pay the rest within 6 months will result in commission termination and no refund.
I do not offer refunds after 24 hours. Back charging, begging, or harassing me for a refund will result in a first offense blacklist. Rare exceptions will be made under extreme circumstances.
Commission termination due to TOS violation or behavior will only be refunded if I have not begun, only 50% if the commission has progressed past the sketch phase, and none if I have colored the commission. Ghosting me for longer than 6 months without prior conversation about a prolonged absence will result in commission termination and no refund.
Please communicate to me if you will be unable to converse for extended periods of time; I will be understanding.
Back charging a completed commission will result in a first offense public blacklist, and a general warning to my artist peers regarding the behavior.
. ✦ General Conduct & Art Boundaries
When discussing commissions, please maintain an appropriate atmosphere. Stepping over my boundaries including but not limited to: flirting, sexual behavior, aggression, insensitivity, bigotry, hate speech, and anything else that could be considered unsuitable behavior while conversing with me regarding your commission will result in commission termination.
Fanart and fan characters are permitted case by case, so please discuss with me explicitly before sending payment. This commission type may be held to a more strict set of rules for use, depending on the IP and characters. There are some medias and IPs I am personally uncomfortable with.
Asking me to draw the following will result in a blacklist: anything promoting racism, homophobia, xenophobia, anti-human rights, pedophilia, zoophilia, and anything involving hate speech.
I reserve the right to decline any commission for any and no reason.
. ✦ Process and Requesting changes
ANY mistake I feel I made of my own violition will not be subject to an additional fee to fix.
I will redo the sketch several times to reach customer satisfaction. The sketch phase is the ONLY phase I will do extreme changes free of charge, so pay attention to the sketch before delivering approval.
While doing lineart, I will make minor changes as many times as requested. Large changes during and past this phase will result in an addtional charge with no time limit but I will not continue the commission until its recieved.
Color changes are usually simple and easy to fix, in full scenes and paintings however, I will charge a fee to make major changes.
I strive for customer satisfation; please make sure you are throughly looking over all aspects of your commission to avoid being charged extra but accidents happen. Discussion is always appreciated.
My turnaround for commissions should generally be short, though if it's been more than 3 months (or approaching a given deadline with no check-ins from myself) please message me to discuss. You are allowed to check in before that point as well as long as everything is treated with respect.

The Commissioner is permitted to:
Personal use only, unless discussed.
Print, display, and claim the characters in the artwork as their own.
Add the value of the commission to the characters total worth, and promote themselves with it as long as it's credited.
Commercial rights to designs and artwork I make can be purchased for an additional fee that can be discussed before, during, and after the commission. The price will vary case to case, with a minimum quote of +100% of the original commission price.
